Dude im going through exactly the same thing. My stomach hurts when i think about her and i feel like throwing up. My ex said the same to me. I know its hard trust me i havent slept or eaten very good. But the best advice i can give anyone is to just get your mind off the girl using other girls, Just hook up with other girls but dont get attatched. Just whatever you do, DO NOT APROACH the girl.
